Bear and Bear Construction was born from the merger of two industry leaders: Stelmen Construction, with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, including 14 years in the UK, and Wind Measurement, which has operated in over 20 countries in the renewable energy sector.
Together, their combined expertise and seamless collaboration have highlighted a need for high-quality infrastructure services in Romania. We not only understand in detail the whole wind and solar farm construction process, but we are pleased to have had the responsibility to define in the past the critical and limit conditions for specific wind turbines and wind farms to be built such as transport bends description, road maximum slope and surface quality, crane pads, turbine erection, commissioning needs, etc
